Tina Boucher joined BK Technologies Corp in 1997 and has been Sr Vice President Controller since2021. She is responsible for all internal and external financial reporting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, Security and Exchange Commission filings, financial controls, accounting, audit, financial services, and treasury relations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting, an MBA, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
