Lorenzo Cruger Jr. is the Senior Vice President of Engineering for BK Technologies (BKTI). He works with other departments to develop new products, provide manufacturing and customer support, and manage the company’s resources to meet the corporate initiatives around cost, quality and delivery. Lorenzo joined BKTI in Feb 2021 bringing almost 40 years of experience in the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) industry. He has 10 issued US and international Patents. Lorenzo has worked within the LMR industry to provide High-Volume, Low-Mix solutions for consumer markets as well as Low-Volume, High-Mix solutions for the US Federal Government. He holds a BSEE from Drexel University and has experience in leading cross-functional teams, including Mechanical and Software Engineers and Quality and Six Sigma teams.
