Stephen joined BK Technologies in May of 2017 and has served as Vice President of Sales since January of 2021, and Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, effective October 2023. A 25-year veteran of the LMR industry, Stephen is responsible for the leadership and oversight of BKTI’s go-to-market team and program, including sales and marketing leadership, fiscal planning, setting strategy and attaining targets. In addition, Stephen serves as the company’s Chairman for the Product Development Committee. The accumulation of experience of owning a multi-location, multi-state distribution company, as well as years of experience managing businesses from corporate to local, Stephen has a strong understanding of the development, growth, and finances of business, as well as fostering and maintenance of relationships.
