Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resource Department and functions. Primary function of the VP of Human Resource is to create and coordinate HR policies and programs with emphasis on the benefits and compensation areas, ensuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, the position works closely with the Executive Management Team in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing HR policies, security, training, programs, functions, and activities. Promotes and implements human resources, employee relations, recruitment, and company values by planning and managing programs and directing staff. The position also assists with the safety efforts and acts as chair for the safety committee.
Over 29 years of human resources experience in the hospitality, service and manufacturing industry with international experience (Mexico, USA & Qatar).
